The registration fee include meals (lunch/dinner/coffee breaks), Proceedings volume, a conference kit and access to social events.

Important Note

  • At least one author for each accepted paper must register by deadline of 1st september for the paper to be included in the final program and conference proceedings.
  • In case of multi-author papers, if all the authors are attending the conference, all of them must register and pay the registration fees but at least one author must register by 1st September for the abstract to be included in the final program ad the proceedings.
  • All registration fee has to be accompanied by the Registration Form. Please ensure that the Registration Form is sent along with fee payment.

Cancellation policy

Registration can be cancelled upon written notification to the local organisers, by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Bank fees will be charged from all refunds.

A full refund of the registration fees will be given if the cancellation is received before July 31st 2012  (after deducting the transaction charges)

50% refund of the registration fees will be given if the cancellation is received before 1st September 2012. Please note that the transaction charges would be deducted.

No refunds will be made after this date.

Mode of Payment

Payment of registration fee can be made using one of the following modes.

 


Option 1

Cheque/Demand Draft: Prepare a cheque/demand draft in favor of “The Registrar IIT Bombay" Payable at Mumbai  for the required registration amount. Download the registration form, completely fill it and mail it to the address given in the form.

Option 2

Wire transfer: You can transfer the registration fee to the conference bank account given below. Download the registration form, fill in the details and mail it to the address given in the form. Do not forget to mention the wire transfer transaction ID in the registration form. Without this information it will be very difficult to track the transaction.
